Austin Metcalf\u2019s father, Jeff Metcalf, has broken his silence since getting kicked out of a press conference held by Karmelo Anthony\u2019s family last week.<\/p>\n

Anthony is out on bail following his arrest for Austin\u2019s \ud835\ude14\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude25\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude33, and his family spoke to reporters this past Thursday with claims that they plan to fight the first-degree \ud835\ude14\ud835\ude36\ud835\ude33\ud835\ude25\ud835\ude26\ud835\ude33 charge stemming from Austin\u2019s d3ath earlier this month.<\/p>\n

Karmelo\u2019s mother, Kala Hayes, also claimed that her family has endured false accusations and lies that have put them in danger.<\/p>\n

As for Jeff, he was escorted out after showing up to the conference and has said he feels\u00a0\u201cdisrespected\u201d<\/em>\u00a0because he wanted the families to pray together and present a united front.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey should have pulled me up [to the front] and said, \u2018We are so sorry. Our condolences.\u2019 The only thing I would have said was, \u2018Okay, can we pray together and show the world we\u2019re united\u2019,\u201d he told the\u00a0New York Post.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Austin Metcalf\u2019s parents also revealed they were victims of swatting pranks, with police showing up at their home following calls from outsiders bent on creating troubleJeff. Jeff said he has also had to resign from his real estate job to protect his colleagues and clients.<\/p>\n

He added that he had hoped Karmelo Anthony\u2019s family would apologize to him and his family, but he was instead asked to leave.<\/p>\n
