The latter was experiencing issues with PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis. In dealing with her sister\u2019s health crisis, she ended up on her own health journey.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCoach Gessie wound up coming to my house, and we had a whole session,\u201d Yandy explained. \u201cMy sister came, and it was just something that was so needed because I didn\u2019t even know I needed it. I was like, this is for her, this is what she needs.
