In November, Celine gave her fans a pleasant surprise by showing up at a hockey game in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

She can start singing just fine, but then the spasms quickly stop her, making it impossible for her to perform or record. Unfortunately, there doesn\u2019t seem to be any solution, whether through surgery or therapy, to fix this problem.<\/p>\n
