Since the family announced that the Black Sabbath rocker died on July 22, \u201cthe kids are making sure she\u2019s never alone \u2014 they\u2019ve been with her constantly, sharing stories, laughing through the tears and just being together,\u201d the source adds. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of pain, but also a lot of comfort from the family time that they got to enjoy up until the very end.\u201d<\/p>\n

Osbourne\u2019s family announced his death in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.<\/p>\n

After his death, the source told PEOPLE that Osbourne and his wife had returned to his home country, settling down in Buckinghamshire.<\/p>\n

\u201cSharon had wanted to move back to England for years, especially as she got older. England was always home for them, but it became more than that,\u201d the source told PEOPLE at the time. \u201cIt was about creating peace and the best life possible together in\u00a0their final chapter. Despite wanting to tour, he canceled a string of European dates, because his body could no longer handle the travel and physical strain.<\/p>\n
