Norfolk Constabulary also confirmed the story did not happen in King\u2019s Lynn and that the rank of \u201cdeputy\u201d isn\u2019t used in their organization.<\/p>\n<p>These are hoax posts\u2014a troubling trend on Facebook. They often exploit emotional triggers, then later get edited to promote scams, like cashback websites or real estate ads.
