These days<\/strong>, the news cycle seems to be spinning even quicker<\/strong>\u00a0than before. The headlines we see are because of the constant news about the new Republican<\/strong>\u00a0administration with Donald Trump at its helm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

President\u00a0Donald Trump<\/a>\u00a0has been under scrutiny recently, much like any President is. People tend to focus on his every word and move. Before his speech in front of Congress, the President said something to Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts, an action which raised a lot of eyebrows.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Trump delivered his presidential speech to Congress, mentioning Vladimir Putin and the \u2018strong signals\u2019 he had given to the US for peace. Trump also mentioned the letter Ukraine\u2019s President, Volodymyr Zelensky had written him<\/p>\n

While the speech made many headlines, something that preceded it raised many eyebrows. President Trump had an exchange with\u00a0Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts<\/a>, with a camera catching the President saying thank you. Some theories that have come out since then about the interaction, with people speculating about what he could be thanking the Justice for.<\/p>\n

But before any of the theories could take hold, President Donald Trump took to the platform Truth Social and\u00a0wrote<\/a>, \u201cThe Fake \u2018Play the Ref\u2019 News, in order to create a divide between me and our great U.S. Supreme Court, heard me say last night, loudly and openly as I was walking past the Justices on the way to the podium, \u2018thank you\u2019, to Chief Justice John Roberts.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cLike most people, I don\u2019t watch Fake News CNN or MSDNC, but I understand they are going \u2018crazy\u2019 asking what is it that I was thanking Justice Roberts for?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
