{"id":2051,"date":"2025-03-07T17:15:33","date_gmt":"2025-03-07T17:15:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/originaltastex.com\/?p=2051"},"modified":"2025-03-07T17:15:33","modified_gmt":"2025-03-07T17:15:33","slug":"supreme-courts-5-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/originaltastex.com\/?p=2051","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Court\u2019s 5-4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A divided Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected the Trump administration\u2019s request to keep billions of dollars in foreign aid approved by Congress frozen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, the court did not immediately say when the money must be released, allowing the White House to continue to dispute the issue in lower courts.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling was 5-4.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The order was unsigned but four conservative justices dissented \u2013 Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.
